Keenan Hawkins grew up on the outskirts of Rochester, New York. He attended Union College, in Schenectady, New York, from 2003-2007, and frequented the Dean’s List. After college, Keenan attended Vermont Law School, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude while participating in the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law and Moot Court. Keenan is a licensed attorney in both California and Nevada.

Keenan loves challenges, critical thinking, and problem solving. He is proud to come from a long line of professionals; his family includes doctors, engineers, scientists, architects, and construction professionals, and Keenan worked a wide array of jobs before becoming an attorney. Keenan attributes his ability to quickly understand, assess, and assist with a diverse spectrum of legal problems to his varied background and experience. At MOBO, Keenan focuses his practice on business, real estate, and construction law, and he also supports MOBO’s litigation practice group.

When he is not working at MOBO, Keenan sits on the board of Directors of the Truckee Trails Foundation, which promotes the creation of a trail network to link the Truckee community together via non-motorized trails and paths. In his spare time, Keenan can be found at Squaw, Woodward-Tahoe, the Truckee Bike Park, or elbow-deep in a snowmobile repair. Keenan is a stong supporter of Truckee’s outdoor-oriented community.

Keenan is MOBO.
