C. Haley Leary

Haley Leary is experienced in all areas of estate planning, including the creation of tax efficient estate plans and the preparation of wills, trusts, marital agreements, and powers of attorney tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. She is also experienced in transactional business law where she advises clients in entity formation, operation, and governance. She is dedicated to providing the highest level of service, professionalism and efficiency to all clients. She values listening, trust and compassion for all her clients and she is dedicated to providing lasting solutions for generations to come.

Prior to joining MOBO, Haley was a Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at Bank of Marin where she provided administration and management of trust assets and advised families on wealth and estate planning. Prior to Bank of Marin she was a wealth planner at Wells Fargo and an associate attorney at McDonald Carano in Reno, Nevada where she practiced estate planning and transactional business law. Haley also enjoys working as a fiduciary for family, charitable and special needs beneficiaries.

At MOBO, Haley’s practice focuses on implementing sophisticated gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax planning techniques to minimize taxes on transfers of wealth from one generation to the next. Other areas of her practice include administration of trusts and estates, asset protection strategies, closely held business planning, with focus and attention on family dynamics, and operating private foundations, donor advised funds and other charitable giving vehicles. In addition, Haley is also experienced in advising clients in all areas of business formation and governance, including choice of entity, management structures, and sales, dissolutions, and other dispositions of closely held business interests. Haley also has significant experience in the negotiation and documentation of commercial and residential leases and related matters.

Haley was born and raised in a small town in Georgia. When she is not in the office, Haley enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter in the great outdoors.
